Phase Cheer and Dance is proud to announce that we will have TWO camps this year with Top Gun All Stars.

This season we will host a camp in VA and in Miami! More information can be found in the camps and clinics section of the website!

THE SCHEDULE FOR THE VA CLINIC HAS BEEN UPDATED:

· 9:00-11:30 AM – Tumbling for Levels 1 and 2
· 12:00-2:30 PM – Stunting for All Levels
· 2:30-5:00 PM – Tumbling for Levels 3, 4 and 5

Phase Cheer and Dance opened in May 2012 as an All Star Cheer and Dance program with the goal of providing athletes with the tools to walk away from their cheer or dance experience having learned the value of confidence, teamwork, dedication, discipline, compromise, a strong work ethic and high moral standards. We plan to build well rounded athletes through many phases, not only athletically but individually!  Here at Phase Cheer and Dance we have passionate coaches and staff and believe that when you have Desire, Dedication and Direction you get Determined Destiny!

Phase Cheer and Dance was established when Mark and Susan Culin approached Jelaire Grillo, who at the time was the coach of SYA Competition Cheerleading (eXtreme), and their daughter's coach, and asked her if she wanted to open a gym. Little did they know that this was her dream!

Phase Cheer and Dance will provide athletes with the opportunity for dedicated training in one of the fastest growing, competitive, and skilled sports today.
